Tuesday & Thursday "Quiet Day" Appointments are reserved for medically needy, dog aggressive, sedated dogs or cats (including puppy's first 3 visits). IF YOUR PET DOESN'T MEET THIS CRITERIA PLEASE SCHEDULE ON A MONDAY, WEDNESDAY OR FRIDAY.
IF YOUR PET IS MATTED OR TANGLED PLEASE ADD THE DEMATTING SERVICE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT & MENTION IN THE APPOINTMENT NOTES!
*Proof of rabies vaccination paperwork is required for all appointments.*
EFFECTIVE April 2013; Pauly's will be charging a $20 no show and/or late fee. If a client doesn't show for their scheduled appointment they will incur a $20 fee AND/OR 50% of their scheduled groom (whichever is more). Also, if a client is 20+ minutes late for their scheduled appointment, you forfeit your appointment and will have to be rescheduled. Our grooming time and our scheduled clients time is very valuable. Groomer Tiffanie schedules out weeks in advance due to the quality of grooming received, so it is very unfortunate for a client to miss out on an otherwise available appointment if someone doesn't show up. We do offer confirmation appointment calls the day prior to the appointment, so no-shows shouldn't happen.
