We now offer MoeGo's online scheduling service, where you can choose your own day/time without requesting one from us.  If you do not find an appointment within 1 week of your desired time please email the salon and we may be able to overlap on our end :)

​ Quiet Days for puppies, aggressive, anxious or medically needy dogs Tuesday 9-12 & Thursday.

Tuesday & Thursday "Quiet Day" Appointments are reserved for medically needy, dog aggressive, sedated dogs or cats (including puppy's first 3 visits).
​IF YOUR PET DOESN'T MEET THIS CRITERIA PLEASE SCHEDULE ON A MONDAY, WEDNESDAY OR FRIDAY.

IF YOUR PET IS MATTED OR TANGLED PLEASE ADD THE DEMATTING SERVICE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT & MENTION IN THE APPOINTMENT NOTES!

*Proof of rabies vaccination paperwork is required for all appointments.*

    We will return your request within 24 business hours.

​EFFECTIVE April 2013; Pauly's will be charging a $20 no show and/or 50% of your scheduled groom fee (WHICHEVER IS GREATER)  with less than 48 hour cancellation or no show, which will need to be paid before any further services are rendered. The second time you will be charged 100% of the service before services are rendered. The third time we will cease to do business with you."   Also, if a client is 20+ minutes late for their scheduled appointment, you forfeit your appointment and will have to be rescheduled.   Our grooming time and our scheduled clients time is very valuable.  We do offer confirmation appointment texts 3 day prior and the day prior to the appointment, so no-shows shouldn't happen.
