FUTURE POLICIES (June 1, 2020 & forward)
In an attempt to remain open during this difficult time, the following restrictions will be in place;
When you drop off, there are also signs posted on where to go and what to do…

The long/short of it:
All drop offs and pick ups will take place in one location. We have a dog play pen set up on our salon porch.
PLEASE SANITIZE YOUR HANDS PRIOR TO TOUCHING THE PEN.
For Drop Off: SANITIZE HANDS. & please wear a mask.
Take off their leash and collar (to take home with you). Place your dog inside the dog pen on our salon porch. Cats in crates, will still be placed inside the pen (remaining in their crate, that has been wiped down with supplied wipes). Once you have exited and the gate is safely latched, we’ll use our leash to take your dog from the kennel and into the salon for their groom.
For Pick Up (Please arrive at your designated pick up time, $20 charge for late pick ups!): We will be looking for you! (We will be as expeditious as possible!) We will unleash and send your dog into the play pen, where you can put on their collar and leash, and then you’re all set!
The idea behind all of this is to have no contact between staff and customers, so we are able to fully abide by social distancing.
A couple things to note:
1) Please help us “keep the line moving”, as we will only be able to do one dog at a time. We will try to be as quick and efficient as possible for you, but allow a little extra time for drop offs and pick ups, and please practice safe social distance (6 ft minimum) as you wait for your turn.
2) We realize this protocol doesn’t allow much time for conversation, so if you have any questions for us, please let us know prior to your groom either via email, facebook messenger or phone.
Drop Off & Pick Up Hours: Our building will temporarily remain closed to [human] customers.
Payments and Reservations
All payments will be done online (through square invoice) and must be paid prior to the completion of your pet's groom. We do not have great cel service in the parking area, so please pay your invoice PRIOR to returning for pick up.
Future appointments can be made online only or by calling the salon.
If you are sick, been around others that have been sick or you are not practicing social distancing PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE!

Pauly's proudly uses all natural, plant based, soap free shampoo and oral products:
EFFECTIVE April 2013; Pauly's will be charging a $20 no show and/or 50% of your scheduled groom fee (WHICHEVER IS GREATER) with less than 48 hour cancellation or no show, which will need to be paid before any further services are rendered. The second time you will be charged 100% of the service before services are rendered. The third time we will cease to do business with you." Also, if a client is 20+ minutes late for their scheduled appointment, you forfeit your appointment and will have to be rescheduled. Our grooming time and our scheduled clients time is very valuable. We do offer confirmation appointment texts 3 day prior and the day prior to the appointment, so no-shows shouldn't happen.
